The Tri-County Justice and Detention Center (TCDC), located in Ullin, Illinois, is a 226-bed facility built in 1999 and owned by Pulaski County. It is the only privately run detention facility in the state of Illinois. Pulaski County is under contract with the United States Marshals Service and the Department of Homeland Security to house their detainees. In addition, the facility also holds inmates from surrounding Alexander and Union Counties.
